The Hawkesbury and District General Hospital Inc. is looking for bilingual candidates to fill the following positions:
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
(TEMPORARY FULL-TIME POSITION—FOR 1 YEAR)
MONDAY TO FRIDAY
SUMMARY
-
Evaluate the patients’ needs (spiritual, physical, mental, socio-cultural, work, activities and personal care).

Identify the priorities, prepare treatment plans.
-
Elaborate neurobehavioral interventions in physical medicine (ortho and neuro) as well as in geriatrics and psychogeriatric.
-
Work in cooperation with the members of the multidisciplinary team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma of a recognized university in occupational therapy.
- Member of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
- Clinical experience of two years and more in a similar environment would be an important asset.
- Possess knowledge of both official languages.
