OTNow Subscription Policies

CAOT would like to familiarize you with our policies regarding subscriptions to Occupational Therapy Now. 

• Your client's subscription will begin with the next published issue after payment has been received and processed in the National Office.  Subscriptions are no longer tied to the calendar year (e.g. if your payment is received in May 2011, then your subscription will expire in April 2012).
• Pre-payment is required for all subscriptions in the form of cheque, Visa or MasterCard.
• All Canadian orders must add GST or HST.
• Subscription delivery may be cancelled but payment is non-refundable.
• Subscription agencies deduct 15% BEFORE the taxes. Any subscriptions purchased through our online store do not qualify for the agency discount.
• Back issues may be purchased, subject to availability. 
• International Orders have up to four months after original publication date to claim issues that are missing.  Canadian and U.S. addresses have up to two months to claim issues. Claimed issues will be mailed one replacement, afterwards PDFs will be emailed.
