CAOT’s New Resources: Occupational Therapy and Cerebral Palsy

According to Statistics Canada, over 40,000 Canadians are currently living with cerebral palsy. Occupational therapists help clients, families and organizations (such as schools and employers) understand the effects of cerebral palsy on day-to-day function. The occupational therapist works with clients to develop ways to compensate for any perceived limitations and enhance independence.
