CBI Health Group offers a comprehensive province wide Hand & Upper Extremity Specialization Program and clinical network. This is a unique opportunity for Certified Hand Therapists (CHT) to be part of a developing and emerging specialization program within CBI Health Group, offering therapists the chance to work with dedicated medical professionals, mentoring therapists, and provide local and regional leadership roles in providing the most advanced and current treatment practices in the field of Hand Therapy.
Position: CHT (PT or OT) Hand Program Lead Therapist
Term: Full and Part time permanent positions available negotiable

Description
We are seeking highly motivated, energetic CHTs who are interested in advancing their career through Program Leadership role. The successful applicant will be responsible for leading and developing clinic’s Hand Program Services, maintaining and developing referral sources, mentoring therapists, and overseeing the clinical programming of the clinic’s Hand Therapy Services. Responsibilities also include providing direct patient care and ensuring quality of care standards. This is an ideal opportunity for CHTs looking to gain experience in program leadership in supported environment.
