invites applications for the following:
Central Office – North Battleford

Occupational Therapist – temporary, 7.5 hours per day following the school calendar, commencing August 27, 2012 to June 28, 2013 – The successful candidate’s duties will include diagnostic assessment of students, recommendations for appropriate remediation and therapy with on-going follow up, consultations with teachers and parents, staff in-service, report writing, and collaboration with other agencies and the Student Services team.

Applicants must possess a degree from an educational program recognized by the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists (CAOT) and be registered with the Saskatchewan Society of Occupational Therapists (SSOT) prior to employment. Experience working with children and youth in an educational setting would be an asset. Knowledge and experience with pediatric medical and developmental conditions would be beneficial.
