CAOT Members & CAOT Student Associates

In order to receive the members’ rate while registering on-line for the conference, you must be a registered CAOT member. You must know your CAOT login and password in order to be able to register on-line. If you cannot remember your password, please click on "e-mail me my password" on the login page of the members’ only section of the web site and a new password will be created for you. Please use the e-mail address that we have on file for you. Note: members who are retired qualify for the student rate.

Non-members can register online for the conference or can mail/fax in this registration form. Consider becoming a CAOT member and receive member rates for the conference. In most cases, it is cheaper to become a CAOT member and pay the member conference rates than to pay the non-member conference fees. CAOT Members who is a Full-time Post-Graduate Studies student (must register by form)

Members of CAOT (occupational therapists) who are currently full-time Graduate students qualify for the conference student rate. The only way to receive the student rate is by sending in this registration form. You MUST include proof of your status as a full-time Graduate student. CAOT Student members- who are in an entry level program - can register online and do not need to provide proof.

Prince Edward Island Therapy Society member only (not CAOT member), CSOS members or members of the British, American, Australian Association or CSHT (must register by form)

If you are a member of any of these organizations and not a CAOT member, please complete this registration form, choose the membership rates and forward the form to the CAOT National Office via fax or mail with a photocopy of your current membership card. 

Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be sent in writing to CAOT National Office. Requests received by April 30, receive an 80% refund. Requests received by May 31 willreceive a 50% refund. No refunds will be granted after June 1st. Workshops may be cancelled at any time if there are insufficient registrations. CAOT reserves the right to cancel the conference for any reason. If this should occur, CAOT will only refund monies received. A fee of $20 will be charged on all NSF cheques.
