Understanding the features of environments and how these support people with a variety of health conditions to participate in routine daily living activities, roles and interests is a key component of occupational therapy practice. In this webinar, we will explore the Model of Human Occupation (MOHO) concept of environment, providing an understanding of the combined influence of space, objects, social groups and expectations and opportunities to participate in routine living activities for people with complex illness. This will include identifying environmental challenges for people with complex illness and developing optimal environments to support participation.
