This webinar will describe the development of the psychological safety, explore common barriers to creating psychological safety in teams, and review a selection of leadership behaviours that help create team psychological safety.

After taking part in this webinar, participants will be able to: 

  1. Define psychological safety and recognize its importance to effective team functioning.
  2. Identify leadership practices that support psychological safety within teams.
  3. Reflect on current leadership practices and identify areas for development.
