Advocacy 101: Practical strategies - Web Link Access

How do OTs advocate, who should advocate, and what does an advocacy strategy look like? This presentation will discuss the approach to advocating for OT service within the Cancer Survivorship Program at Princess Margaret, with the intent to translate basic advocacy strategies into their areas of practice. The need to write proposals to address problems within your own organization, or to respond to request for proposals (RFP) is an integral component of making changes and is likely to continue given our current marketplace and fiscal cutbacks. General tips for writing a successful grant proposal as part of advocacy will also be presented.

This purchase is for the October 30, 2012 Lunch & Learn webinar presentation web link archive. The archive purchase will be in the format of a web-based link that will be emailed to you separately in the following business days.
