Strategies Folks Outside the Box (February 12, 2013)

Strategies Folks Outside the Box (February 12, 2013)

Clients who live "outside the box" due to factors like poverty or gender preference or who may experience a mix of mental, physical, and addtions-related conditions, may not easily access the health care system. When occupational therapists encounter clients who fall "outside the box", they are often faced with questions such as how to best address their needs and refer them to the appropriate services and resources. The format of this webinar will be a short narrative between Becky (OT) and Nik (client) to provide a context that will be used to further explore the barriers to health and functioning and what practitioners can do to translate rouitne practice to allow clients to fit our boxes!

This purchase is for the February 12, 2013 Lunch & Learn webinar presentation web link archive. The archive purchase will be in the format of a web-based link that will be emailed to you separately in the following business days.
