In order to maintain balanced and diverse representation on the PPBN, one (1) representative can participate from any one private practice organization. CAOT-BC benefits from the expertise of PPBN volunteers who have a diversity of interests. These interests however must not conflict with the interests of the Association, nor impair the public support and respect necessary for the conduct of CAOT-BC business. The high level of public support and respect CAOT-BC receives as a professional association is dependent upon a high degree of integrity, objectivity and professionalism of Association volunteers.

Upon joining the CAOT-BC PPBN, members shall review and acknowledge that they have read and agree to CAOT conflict of interest and confidentiality directives. The directives are intended to enhance public confidence in the integrity of CAOT-BC and its volunteers. PPBN members have a responsibility to review these directives at least once a year.
