Mental Health & Substance Use (MHSU) Practice Network

Purpose

To support evidence-informed and practice-informed Mental Health & Substance Use (MHSU) service skill capacity amongst CAOT members

Objectives

• To foster networking and mentoring amongst CAOT members in a forum to share expertise, experience, and resources in MHSU assessment and intervention
• To reflect on current MHSU practices, (regionally and nationally), and explore opportunities to lobby for advancement of MHSU services, including support of MHSU-related research
• To enrich the work and vision of CAOT by ensuring it is informed by CAOT members supporting clients’ Mental Health & Substance Use (MHSU) needs
