Students enrolled in an entry-level (Professional masters, bachelor or diploma/certificate) occupational therapy educational program in Canada, an educational program leading to an entry-level occupational therapy education program in Canada or an Occupational Therapy/ Physiotherapy Assistant Program in Canada can register now for a FREE Student Membership.

To join CAOT as a Student Associate you will be required to verify your status as a student by providing the following information:
- Full name
- Current Canadian mailing address
- Email address - Email address must be the one provided to you by your University/College. Do not use an e-mail address from a third-party provider (e.g. Yahoo or Hotmail) in this field as it will disable your free registration without notice
- University/College name
- Program of study
- Expected graduation month and year
- Student number
- Preferred language
Upon completion of your Student Associate registration, you will gain access to the full range of Associate benefits including all online member services and discounts. Please note that student memberships are valid until the last day of the month in which you complete your program requirements or graduate. Student Associates are not required to complete yearly renewals.
** Full-time Graduate Students who have successfully completed the NOTCE or who have previously been registered with the OEQ may register as either a CAOT First-year, New-grad or Non-Practicing member . Please verify the membership requirements to determine your correct category before registering/renewing. Uncertain of your category? Contact membership@caot.ca , or call 1-800-434-2268 ext. 601.
***Full-time Graduate Students who have not yet successfully completed the NOTCE or who have never registered with the OEQ can register as a CAOT Individual Associate.
